At Lubrichalia Energy Projects (LEP) we exhibit a multidisciplinary and array of experienced Engineers and Management personnel in project execution, HSE and Quality, Document control, Procurement, Finance and accounts, contract and cost management and control to ensure timely and seamless project delivery to our clients.
Our People
Lubrichalia as a successful venture derives most of her strength from the pool of experienced professionals and artisans most of whom have been in the construction industry for upwards of two decades.
We pursue continuous improvement of our service delivery by regular training and upgrading of our work force to meet the dynamic challenges of the operating environment. To this end we carry out periodic review of our organizational structure to ensure all employees have equal opportunities and a competitive environment for personal growth and achievement of our cooperate objectives.
